Chloe, Heathcliff, and I came to the City of Glory to gather ideas for the clothes and the festival.

After taking a general look at the city, we drop by a cafe recommended by Cain to take a break.
Chloe: Heath, Master Sage. Thank you for going out and shopping for clothing materials with me.
Akira: You’re welcome, it’s nothing at all!
Heathcliff: We’re already leaving the outfit production to you. I’m happy to be of help.
Chloe: Eheheh! I think I have an idea for the design. I gotta work on it when we get back!
Chloe: It’d be great if I can make use of the fancy button we bought at the general store.
Looking at Chloe’s enthusiasm, I started to feel all excited.
Chloe: Everyone has their own uniqueness, it’s always fun to think about what kind of outfit would suit you!
Heathcliff: I don’t know much about clothes….
Heathcliff: But whenever I wear the clothes you make, I feel prouder than ever, and came to like myself more.
Heathcliff: I want everyone to love the clothes you make, so I sort of feel the need to stand up straight. It’s the clothes my precious friend made, after all.
Akira: I get what you feel!
Akira: I think that’s also because Chloe’s clothes always manage to emphasize our charm.
Akira: Not only the outward appearance, but also our inner charm, something like that….
Chloe: Y-You’ll make me blush if you compliment me that much…!
Chloe: Up until now, it was mostly me who asked everyone to wear my clothes.
Chloe: Someday, when I become a full-fledged tailor and open my own shop, I’d like to try making clothes that my customers order!
Seeing Chloe happy, Heath and I smiled at each other.
Akira: When that time comes, I think people will flood your store, wanting you to make their clothes.
Chloe: Ahaha, that’ll make me happy!

Chloe: What if I make the outfits as glamorous as the one we all wore at Sage’s Wizards’ Parade--.

At that moment, we heard someone standing up in a vigorous manner from behind us.
Young Man: Are… are you perhaps the person who made the outfits in Sage’s Wizards’ Parade?
When we looked back in surprise, there stood a young man with an astonished face.
Chloe: Eh? Ah… Uhm, yes…?
Young Man: Amazing….
The young man’s eyes shone as if he was deeply moved…. The next moment, he started to mumble.
Young Man: I, erm. I apologize for calling out to you so suddenly….
Young Man: I didn’t think I’d meet the person who made that outfit here….I’m not quite sure what to say….
Chloe: Do you, by any chance, like that outfit I made…?
Young Man: Y-Yes! Very much…. I only saw them from afar, but I think they were truly amazing.
Chloe: ...Heheh, thank you.
Chloe: If you like it that much, then it’s worth all the hard work I put into making them!
Chloe: I’m Chloe, a wizard from the Western Country. I’m still an aspiring tailor as of now….
Young Man: Uhm….
Chloe: Hm?
Young Man: Mister Chloe, I beg you. Please, could you make an outfit for me…?
Chloe, Heathcliff, and Akira: Eh!?

The young man introduced himself as Luke. He was born and raised here in the City of Glory, currently working as a guard at a facility.
Luke’s solemnity urged us to listen to him.
Heathcliff: Um, Mister Luke. What do you mean you want Chloe to make an outfit for you?
Luke: To tell you the truth…. I have someone I love.
Luke: I wanted a special outfit for when I confess my feelings for her….
Little by little, Luke started to tell us his reason.
The woman he loves lives near the city’s clock tower. It appears that he fell in love at first sight when he met her during his guard duty.
Luke: I have been wanting to confess to her for some time, but I couldn’t make up my mind….
Luke: I know nothing will change if I leave things like this. That is why I want to confess to her at this upcoming prosperity festival.
[sound of bell ringing, twice]
At that exact moment, we heard a familiar sound; a bell rang twice. Luke lifted his head as if the bell snapped him.
Luke: The person I love rang this bell. She predicts tomorrow’s weather, and announces it from the amount of rings.
Luke: Once for sunny. Twice if it will be cloudy. Three times if the rain is coming. Everyone finds it helpful.
Heathcliff: Weather prediction? Is that person a witch?
Luke: Yes! It seems like she has been helping the city ever since the canal was built.
Akira: (Now that he mentioned it, I think Cain had told us about a witch who predicts the weather in this city….)
Chloe: But why do you want an outfit from me to confess? I think your feelings are enough….
Luke: T-that’s impossible. I don’t think I stand a chance by myself….
Luke panicked, then he sighed, and explained timidly.
