What He Wants to Leave for the Future: Chapter 1

[Location: Southern country’s snowy mountain region, day]

Akira: It’s been a while since we departed from the manor, but we haven’t reached our destination yet. Should take a good rest while we’re on break.

White: Is it here… Or a little further that way…

Akira: What are you doing, White?

White: Finding a good spot to sketch. I want to paint the memory of this journey on stained glass.

Akira: Oh yeah, Snow and you are stained glass artisans, right? Keeping memories of a journey on a stained glass, that’s just like taking commemorative photos! How wonderful!

White: Commemorative photos?

Akira: Um, in my world, there’s a device that allows you to keep a memorable sight so you can look at it again in the future.

White: To view memorable sights in the future… I see. I have decided what I want to sketch now.

(sounds of White sketching)

Akira: (Oh, he’s drawing Bradley and Mitile eating some refreshments… Together with Mithra who tries to steal it, and Rutile who tries to stop him.)

White drew the wizards in front of him, who were spending their time in their own ways with no hesitation.

White: In the past, it never occurred to me that I could see the Northern and Southern wizards spending time together. It makes me happy.

White: I do not wish this scene to be a mere recollection of the past. I want to believe that it will continue far into the future.

Akira: ...Yes, me too.

White: Will you allow me to sketch you as well after this?

Akira: …! Of course!
